Introduction

I've decided to move my Sims 2 chronicling here to blogger.  For the most part, I imagine anyone coming here is from the Twinkie Sims group or other gamers in my life.

But for those tripping over this blog through random links on the internet, let me give you a brief rundown on my Legacyville neighborhood.  I started off trying to play the Legacy Challenge issued by Pinstar on the old EA Games TS2 forums.  There's a website with rules if you want to google it.  But I'm not going to link it because I've drifted off the official rules into my own variation.
My Legacyville was created way back around 2005.  I've taken some breaks from the game over the years but I've gotten myself up to generation 8.  There's appx 85 living sims now in this neighborhood but that number changes almost everytime I play thanks to births and deaths.

The main house is the Ashe family.  Well, now they are the Mellon family.  The Ashe family name finally died out for good when the last of generation 7 married.

So I think now the best thing to do is just jump right now.  I'll list out my playlist and the top house is my "legacy house".  I play each household for a sim-week, from Monday morning to Sunday evening.

My current rotation;

Legacy House
Brynn & Leo Deppiesse
Aimee Fancey
Betty Centowski
Caesar & Jessica Carr
Jasper Smith
Graham & Hollyn Indie
Hilary Jacquet
Sunny Fuchs
Francesca & Sabastian Lind
Kelly Ashe
Lacey & Christopher Dallas
Owen & Tammy Todd
Madeline & Brady Mellon
Nicola & Lee Garth
Blake & Aricka Jacquet
Gabrielle Indie
Lainey & Mitch Lawson
Brent & Kylie Mellon
Ethel & Dorian Kauker
Jaron Smith
Iliana & Stephen Gothier.

Whew!!!

Now there's nothing left to do but jump in with both feet!
